Longmead Homes is a private, family owned development company that specialises in the design and construction of new build housing.

Established in 1999 by the current owners and management, it has grown from the development of single, speculative plot building, through design and build projects of commercial warehousing, multi storey flats in Chelmsford, to a recently completed commercial office business centre.
